When you arrive:
🌿 We recommend coming a few minutes early to settle in and prepare for your session. The space is designed for deep relaxation—let yourself sink into it.
What to wear:
✨ Comfortable clothing—there’s no need to dress up. Some people prefer to go barefoot to fully experience the salt-covered floor beneath them.
During your session:
💨 Some people meditate, some read, some simply rest. However you choose to be here is exactly right.
✨ You may notice a light, salty taste on your lips or a slight tickle in your throat—this is the salt working to clear your system. Breathe it in. Let it do its work.
After your session:
🌬️ Many people leave feeling lighter, breathing deeper, and more at ease. You may find yourself taking fuller breaths for hours afterward. Some experience a natural clearing of the sinuses as their body continues to release.
