Our online booking calendar includes a limited selection of times for private events. If you don’t see a date that works for your group, please reach out. We may have additional availability.
For all private events, we recommend scheduling a Private Event Consultation or giving us a call before booking. We’ll talk through your vision, answer your questions, and share our full availability so we can plan the right experience together.

Guided Private Salt Cave Experiences
1 hour · $150 for up to 5 people
Additional guests: $30 per person
Enjoy a private, guided experience in our cozy salt cave. Choose an experience focused on relaxation, grounding, exploration, or connection, with the cave reserved for your group.

Private guided meditation
Grounding meditation
Moon meditation
Manifestation meditation
Music meditation featuring music from your favorite artist
Private sound bath
Private yoga class
Guided past-life journey
Group Rage & Rest, combining guided release with time to rest in the cave
Have a particular theme or intention in mind? Contact us to discuss a meditation personalized for your gathering.
Music meditations must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to allow time to prepare your experience.
Private Craft Night
2 hours · $175 for up to 5 guests
Additional guests: $35 per person
Spend time together while making something of your own. Our private craft nights offer a relaxed, creative way to celebrate a birthday, gather with friends, or try something different as a group.

Private Movie Night in the Cave
3 hours · $250 for up to 5 guests
Additional guests: $30 per person
Adults only
Make movie night a little more magical with a private gathering in our salt cave. Settle in with your favorite people and enjoy a cozy evening together in a setting unlike your usual living room.

Children’s Birthday Parties

Celebrate the birthday child with a gathering at The Salted Pixie. Tell us about your child and what you have in mind, and we’ll discuss the options for their celebration.

Two supervising adults
Private movie or activity in the cave
If additional adults would like to stay, please contact us before booking so we can confirm that we can comfortably accommodate your group.

Guided Private Events & Magical Experiences
3 hours · Starting at $300 for up to 5 guests
