Start with a Community Salt Session or Private Salt Session.
Our salt sessions are designed to support respiratory health, sinus and allergy relief, stress reduction, and nervous system regulation—while also giving you space to rest.
45-minute sessions
$30 per adult (Community Session)
$55 for two adults (Private Session)
Kids 13 & under free
Hammock swings, zero-gravity recliners, blankets & pillows provided
Read, meditate, color, or simply close your eyes and rest
