What is a mindful breathing salt session? At The Salted Pixie, we offer two ways to experience salt therapy—community salt sessions and private salt sessions. Our mindful breathing salt sessions are the heart of our community salt therapy experience, and their name truly reflects our mission: to cultivate mindfulness, presence, and deep healing on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level.

Stepping inside The Salted Pixie, you are greeted by a space infused with intention. Shelves filled with locally made treasures, tools for self-care, and items for creating everyday rituals invite you to pause and reconnect. Moving beyond the shop, a hallway adorned with hanging flowers leads you toward something truly special—the sanctuary of the salt cave.

As you enter, the soft pink Himalayan salt beneath your feet shifts like sand, inviting you to ground. The walls, bathed in the warm radiance of salt lamps, surround you, while a forest mural stretches across one side, a visual gateway into another realm. Here, in this sacred space, you are invited to simply breathe.
