Regulate & Rest Yoga & Yoga Nidra with Candice: Wednesdays at 7:00 PM
Find peace and groundedness in this healing journey designed to help regulate your nervous system and release tension.
Begin with gentle movements and tools to ease anxiety and promote presence.
Transition into slow, mindful stretches to deepen relaxation and release stored tension.
Conclude with Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), a deeply restorative practice that promotes healing and rejuvenation.
