Sisterhood Through the Shadows was my favorite event to host last year.

Not because it was easy.
Not because it was light.

But because sitting in a circle — eye to eye, heart to heart — with women willing to speak honestly about the wounds we carry from one another, and the wounds we have caused one another, was one of the most transformative experiences I’ve ever been honored to hold.

This isn’t surface-level empowerment.
This isn’t a circle where we pretend everything is fine.

This is women acknowledging where we’ve internalized competition, comparison, silence, and scarcity. Where we’ve absorbed patriarchal conditioning that taught us to see each other as threats instead of allies.

The world feels heavy right now.
And if women are going to lead differently — with heart, strength, and courage — we have to stop turning that pain sideways onto one another.

This space is about dismantling old patterns.
Taking accountability where it’s ours.
Grieving what we’ve lost.
And choosing to rebuild something stronger and more honest.
