How to prepare for your: Mindful Breathing Session
Our mindful breathing sessions are designed to help you relax deeply while receiving the physical and energetic benefits of halotherapy. They begin at $30 per person and are included in our Salt Therapy Memberships and Salt Therapy Bundles.
To help you feel completely comfortable, here are a few things to know before your visit:
Comfy Clothes
We recommend dressing in comfortable clothing you can relax in. The salt may show a bit more on darker fabrics, but it brushes off easily.
Cozy Items
The cave is intentionally kept cool to enhance the benefits of your session. If you tend to get chilly, we recommend bringing a cardigan or sweatshirt. We provide cozy blankets, though you’re welcome to bring your own blanket or pillow if it helps you feel more comfortable.
Because drinks aren’t allowed inside the cave, we suggest hydrating both before and after your session. Salt can naturally dry the body a bit, and sipping water supports hydration while also helping your system clear mucus more easily. You’re welcome to bring your own bottle to refill at our water cooler, or you can purchase one of our flavored beverages in the shop.
Quiet Activities
These sessions are about rest, stillness, and ease. Feel free to simply sit back and enjoy the meditative music we provide, or bring along quiet activities like reading, coloring, knitting, or crocheting. We have book lights available. You’re also welcome to bring headphones to listen to your own meditation or music—as long as it doesn’t disturb others.
Because this is a group salt session, please be respectful of others and help us hold a quiet, restful space.
However you choose to spend your 45 minutes—doing nothing at all, journaling, or losing yourself in a calming hobby—the salt is working quietly in the background, supporting your lungs, skin, nervous system, and overall well-being. This is time just for you, and your body and spirit will thank you.
