The school year is over—let’s shake it off and start summer grounded, connected, and calm.

Join us for a playful, powerful parent & child event designed to help release built-up stress and hustle energy from the year. We’ll start by blasting emotions onto a giant canvas, followed by somatic movement and sensory reset in the salt cave (perfect for soothing little nervous systems).

Then, we’ll return to the shop to transform your canvas into a masterpiece—a keepsake that holds your journey. Light snacks and drinks will be provided.
